Mehyou Group was founded by Mr. Ahmad Mehyou, an ambitious entrepreneur on his journey to excellence. As a budding young man, Mr. Mehyou was to embark on his journey to preserve the generations of traditions that his family upheld in business through the fields of trading, agriculture, contracting, and construction. This was already within itself an achievement as during that period, the Middle East had been suffering from instability, and multiple countries had begun to enter their own era of development and progress. However, Mr. Mehyou did not let that diversity tarnish his dreams as he was resilient and determined to rise above any obstacle in his path.

As Mr. Mehyou took advantage of the circumstances, he was able to expand the manufacturing and trading business by Developing one of the leading producer and distributor of premium products within the FMCG sector and one of the most recognized brands in Lebanon and the Middle East, Lebanese Fruit Juice Company known as Bonjus. Afterwards, the “Bonjus” brand diversified and entered the dairy production industry, developing the traditional tastes of Lebanese dairy products and ice cream. Later in the 90s, Mr. Mehyou diversified his business into farming and agriculture in which he had founded his own farms and expanded his business into the Middle East, GCC, and Turkey after his notable success and achievements in the field. Mr. Mehyou announced the opening of Mehyou Pour Le Commerce et L’industrie, a subsidiary of Mehyou Group, in the 1990s. The company delved into pasta production and wheat mills that led it to becoming one of the leading FMCG manufacturing and trading companies in the region.
