Parting ways with certain partnerships and ventures, while challenging, allowed us to redirect our focus, forge new and promising relationships, and strengthen existing ones. These transitions have been pivotal in our strategic evolution and have opened the door to new opportunities for collaboration and success.

A standout moment for us this year was Mehyou Group’s expansion into Cyprus, coupled with the launch of a new academy, both of which have enhanced our global presence and solidified our position in the aviation industry. The continued success of Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE) has been a cornerstone of our growth, and the resilience shown by our sales team, instructors, and all staff members has been nothing short of extraordinary. In the face of unimaginable circumstances, particularly the war in Lebanon, our team demonstrated unwavering commitment, seamlessly transitioning our operations from Lebanon to Cyprus, ensuring our students could continue their education and training uninterrupted. Their dedication has been a true testament to the power of teamwork and resilience, and we are proud to say that IAE has become the talk of the town, showcasing our strength, adaptability, and relentless pursuit of excellence. As we look to 2025, we are excited about the significant expansion of IAE, with plans that will revolutionize the aviation industry and make a lasting impact on the world.

Additionally, we are thrilled to announce a strategic acquisition of Compass Real Estate, a leading firm specializing in the UAE real estate market. The revival of Mehyou Properties further strengthens our presence in a sector in which we have been involved for decades. Mehyou Group, established in the 1980s, has long been a part of the development, construction, contracting, and real estate industry, and with the revival of Mehyou Properties, an integral part of Mehyou Group, we are poised to make an even greater impact. Mehyou Properties will work alongside PWR Group and Compass Real Estate, further expanding our reach and reinforcing our commitment to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients.

Another major milestone this year has been the solidification of PWR Group, a dynamic holding under our group portfolio. Specializing in development, construction, contracting, energy, and real estate, PWR Group has quickly become a key player in our operations. The investments we have made in PWR Group and its subsidiaries have shown exceptional potential, garnering significant international recognition. We are eager to see how PWR Group will continue to evolve and contribute to our vision of creating sustainable growth and long-term success.

In the field of education, The Intelligent Academy (TIA) has emerged as a rising force, making a significant impact with its innovative approach to learning. This year, we proudly saw TIA receive accreditation from the UK, marking a major milestone in our journey to transform education. We completed our first batch of courses, graduating a group of outstanding individuals now equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. TIA’s forward-thinking curriculum and commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences have positioned it as a leading institution, and we are excited about its future growth and success.
