Growing up, I had the pleasure of knowing Wissam, the CEO of Airways Aviation, since we were children. Our relationship has always been one of mutual respect and admiration, and his leadership has been a constant source of inspiration to me throughout my career. Knowing him personally has given me a unique perspective on the inner workings of Airways Aviation and has motivated me to give my all in ensuring its success.

My experience working with Airways Aviation has been invaluable in shaping my financial management skills. As a financial manager, I have had the opportunity to manage the company's budget and financial transactions, which has taught me the importance of careful planning and communication with other departments.I have learned to balance financial risk and reward, ensuring that the company's financial goals align with its overall strategy.

Transitioning to Tin, a social media company, was a significant change of pace from my previous experience. The constantly evolving landscape of technology demanded a different set of skills, such as staying up to date with trends and managing financial accounts. Through this experience, I learned to be adaptable and proactive in anticipating and responding to market trends, crucial skills that continue to serve me well.

My experience working with Mehyou Group and IAO provided me with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses, from small startups to large corporations. As a finance manager, my responsibilities included managing cash flow, overseeing financial reporting, and advising on strategic financial decisions. This experience taught me to tailor financial strategies to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual business, and the need to stay flexible and adaptable in the face of changing market conditions. I also learned the importance of accountability and transparency in financial management, as well as the need to maintain strict controls to prevent fraud or misuse of funds.

Overall, my personal connection with Wissam has given me the drive to pursue excellence in financial management. My experiences with Airways Aviation, Tin, Mehyou Group, and IAO have taught me to be a strategic, proactive, and adaptable finance manager who can tailor financial strategies to meet each business's unique needs. I am confident that my experience will continue to serve me well in my future endeavors.
