As an Executive Board Member at Mehyou Group, Wissam plays a key role in steering the group’s global portfolio, which spans aviation, construction, development, and real estate. His strategic oversight and board-level leadership ensure cohesive growth across diverse holdings and markets.

He is the Founder and CEO of Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE), a pivotal player in the regional aviation ecosystem. Under his guidance, IAE operates through its three core entities, Intercontinental Aviation Academy - FlyIAA, offering comprehensive aviation education and world-class pilot training programs, Intercontinental Aviation Services - IAS, specializing in airport development through BOT and DBOT models, airport management, ground handling, aircraft services, and general aviation development projects, and FlyIntercontinental, a certified air operator offering comprehensive charter and scheduled flight solutions—driving progress on major aviation projects.

IAE is headquartered in the UAE, and operates in Lebanon, Cyprus, Greece, Iraq, KSA, and soon, Portugal.

In his role as Executive Board Member at Tashyid, Wissam helps lead a rising development and real estate holding company with active operations in the UAE, Cyprus, Lebanon, and Greece. Tashyid holds major stakes in Tashyid Development, and Compass Real Estate, expanding its presence in residential and commercial sectors. Wissam’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, strategic investments, and regional impact.
