His journey is deeply rooted in the legacy of Mehyou Group, a multi-generational family enterprise built on manufacturing, construction, and contracting, and later expanded into aviation, real estate, and development. Mentored by his father, the Group’s founder, Raja developed a strong foundation in business early on, gaining firsthand experience and instilling values of resilience, integrity, and long-term thinking.

He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2009, was appointed Deputy CEO, marking a turning point in the company’s trajectory. Under his leadership, Mehyou Group entered a phase of transformational growth, diversifying its portfolio, expanding into new markets, and solidifying its regional presence.

In 2019, Raja became Vice Chairman, playing a vital role in strategic decision-making and ensuring leadership continuity. He remains deeply involved in shaping the Group’s direction, overseeing core investments and operations.

Today, Raja serves as an Executive Board Member of Mehyou Group and holds leading roles in two of its major holdings, Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise and Tashyid.

At IAE, Raja helps guide one of the region’s most dynamic aviation holdings, which operates through subsidiaries FlyIAA, IAS, and FlyIntercontinental. Active in the UAE, Lebanon, Greece, Iraq, KSA, and soon Portugal, IAE is a leader in aviation development, services, and education. Raja’s governance supports IAE’s continued mission to innovate and elevate global aviation standards.

As Chairman and CEO of Tashyid, a real estate development company, Raja leads development initiatives across the UAE, Cyprus, Lebanon, and Greece. Through its subsidiaries like Compass Real Estate and Phoenix International, Tashyid has expanded its impact in residential and commercial markets. Raja emphasizes sustainable, community-centered development aligned with market needs and long-term value.

Raja is a committed philanthropist. As a Board Member of the Mehyou Foundation, he champions initiatives in education, healthcare, and social welfare. His philanthropic work reflects a belief in leadership that uplifts others and creates lasting impact.
